Fasten the BOTTOM (C) to the SKIRTS (I and J). Use four

BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through the
METAL BRACKETS and into the BOTTOM.
Push a CAM COVER (13P) onto each HIDDEN CAM on

the SKIRTS (I and J).
