nected between 5 and L -, whereas L+ with number 6 have to cause downward motion by exciting the electrovalve
Y3B connected between 6 and L -.
3.10.9
S3 - control lever with two unstable positions
Controls the forward and backward movement of the self-centering chuck. In case of malfunctioning check con-
tact closure, the wire L+ with number 2 have to cause forward motion by exciting the electrovalve Y1B connected
between 2 and L -, whereas L+ with number 1 have to cause backward motion by exciting the electrovalve Y1N con-
nected between 1 and L -.
3.10.10
S6 - AUTO button
Starts forward motion of the tool until opening (actuation) of the safety microswitch S6A which will stop the mo-
vement itself. In case of malfunctioning check contact closure, the wire L+ with number 5 (and the microswitch
S6A closed) controls forward motion of the tool by exciting the electrovalve Y5N connected between 8 and L -.
3.10.11
S6A - safety microswitch
Normally closed (NC), connected between wire 8A and 8, if pressed opens the contact and blocks forward motion
f the tool; in case the tool makes no forward motion check the contacts of the microswitch and its completeness.
3.10.12
S4 - control lever with 4 unstable positions
Controls the four movements of the tool: UP, DOWN, RIGHT and LEFT.
The tool's forward motion (with the limitations of the microswitch S6A and button S6 AUTO mentioned before) is
caused by the closure of the L+ contact with number 4 exciting the valve Y5N connected between 8 and L -.
The tool's backward motion is caused by contact closure of L+ with number 1 exciting the electrovalve Y5B con-
nected between 1' and L -.
Movement ON, by means of contact closure between L+ and number 2 exciting the electrovalve Y4B connected
between 7and L -.
Movement DOWN by means of contact closure between L+ and number 3 exciting the electrovalve Y4N connected
between 9 and L -.
