Remote Display Module Option

This module is a local control unit which can be mounted on the door of the wall-mounted or floor-
standing enclosure. It has a cable with connectors, which is connected to the speed controller serial link
(see the manual supplied with the display module). It has the same display and the same programming
buttons as the Altivar 28 with the addition of a switch to lock access to the menus and three buttons for
controlling the speed controller :
• FWD/RV : reversal of the direction of rotation
• RUN : motor run command
• STOP/RESET : motor stop command or fault reset
The first press on the button stops the motor, and if DC injection standstill braking is configured, a
second press stops this braking.
