Hö t-Steam SGB
®
 Problem: You don't hear the Solenoid Valve's "Clack" or is buzzing and
vibrating when the Thumb Switch is pressed.
Solution:
 When debris gets stuck inside the Solenoid Valve it prevents the Plunger to
move freely. Open the Cover Nut, remove and clean the Plunger and the
Plunger Spring inside the valve. Clean the inner walls of the Solenoid Valve.
Re-install and re-test. Repeat the process until a solid "clack" is obtained.
D. MAINTENANCE
 Once finished operating the iron, close the Water Control Valve and press the
Thumb Switch couple of times until all remaining water inside the iron gets
released.
 Avoid using the iron without resin, as mineral deposits tends to collect and
harden inside the iron. Although the use of regular tap water is allowed, it is
highly recommended to use soft or distilled water for best results.
 Follow up the iron Basic Maintenance Schedule regularly noted on last page of
this manual to ensure its longest possible life.
 If you need to replace parts of the iron, please contact your local Authorized
Dealer or Distributor from whom the Hö t-Steam
Iron was purchased.

warranty coverage.

For coverage under the warranty, following is required:
o Sales Receipt issued by one of the Authorized Dealer or Distributor from
whom the iron was purchased.
o The Sales Receipt must show date of purchase and Serial Number.
o You must get a RAN (Return Authorization No.) from Hö t-Steam
returning the iron. Contact your Dealer or Distributor for assistance.
o Warranty can be a form of Replacement or Repair Service of the product.
o Hö t-Steam
Technicians will perform thorough examination of the returned iron to
finalize whether the causes are defects or misuse of the product.
