SERIES #70 UNIVERSAL
RESCUE SYSTEM
Dalloz Fall Protection introduces the Series #70, the most versatile rescue and
utility system available today. This lightweight, compact universal system can be
set up in a matter of seconds and can perform a wide variety of functions. One
person may operate the system and raise or lower himself/herself without the aid
of a co-worker. Should an emergency rescue situation occur, a top-side worker
may utilize the Series #70 to retrieve an incapacitated co-worker from his work
location. Additionally, the Series #70 may be utilized to raise and lower tools to
a worker located in a confined area.
SYSTEM COMPONENTS
The standard components of the Series #70 consist of
(A) head assembly with roller pulley
(B) 100 ft. of kernmantle rope
(C) rope control handle with shock-absorbing Manyard
(D) two carabiners.

    INSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE INFORMATION MOUNTING THE SERIES #70 (See Fig. 1) ATTACHING THE SERIES #70 1. The attachment point for the Series #70 must be capable of supporting 5000 Ibs. 2. Ideally, the Series #70 should be mounted so unobstructed rope handling is possible. For best operational results, select a mounting point directly above the opening to be entered or exited.
