Test procedure

• Tester must be within the
detection coverage.
• Switch power on.
• Detector takes approx. 60sec to
warm up with load and LED on,
then turn off after warm-up.
• After the warming up period,
walk from outside across to the
detection pattern until LED turns
on for approx. 2 sec (See FIG.20)
• Adjust METER knob to change
coverage.

Automatic mode

• For lighting fixture: The
connected light of KDP9
works according to the knob
setting. The light is switched on
automatically once movement is
detected and the ambient light
level has reached the pre-set
switch-on value. The light is
switched off automatically in the
absence of movement when the
pre-set switch-on time is expired
• For HVAC fixture: HVAC operates
according to the TIME2 knob
setting on KDP9, which is
uncontrolled by Lux setting
value.
