Warning
Do not exceed maximum capacity: 1,000 lb (450 kg)
Very tall and heavy pieces will be unstable; the utmost
care should be taken to maintain safety.
Lifted material is not secured to the cart; maintain
control of material at all times.
Never stand in the fall shadow of the material; serious bodily
injury or death can occur.
Never leave loaded cart unattended.
Workers must be positioned at both ends of the
material at all times.
When using the lift feature, it is not recommended to allow the
top of material to exceed 7 feet (2.1 meters) during lifting, due to
increased challenges of material control above this height.
Ensure material's mass is always centered
and balanced on the lift platform.
Keep the cart level, especially during
loading and unloading.
Do not transport material while elevated.
Keep hands, feet, and other objects clear of moving parts.
Do not hang, ride, or play on cart.

Caution
Use extreme caution with large and/or tall pieces, even
when fully lowered.
Ensure material clamp is fully opened and out of the
way during lifting and lowering.
Do not over-tighten clamp; this may damage the cart
and/or material. Turn the clamp handle until finger-
tight, then tighten by hand about 1.5 to 2 turns more.
The kick-brake is intended to prevent empty cart from
rolling during loading and unloading. The kick-brake is
NOT intended to prevent loaded cart from rolling.
Do not make any changes or modifications to
this product without consulting the Omni Cubed
Engineering Department.
Ensure all labels, markings, and stickers are in place
and legible. Contact Omni Cubed Customer Service for
replacements as needed.
