SUPERVISION SYSTEM FOR VIGIPRO 100 / 240VAC ELECTRICAL NETWORK
This innovative and economical system to have email notifications. These notifications are sent
both when power is lost and when power is restored.
Let's see how it works with this example:
Once connected to the electrical network that we want to monitor and configured, the equipment
will send an e-mail with the message:
FROM: Toolmicro Information
SUBJECT: Supervisory State
Message: Name or ID: MY-NAME - Normal Status
Suppose that to test we unplug it from the current. After 50 +/- minutes without power you will
receive an e-mail with the message:
FROM: Toolmicro Information
SUBJECT: Supervisory State
Message: Name or ID: MY-NAME - !! FAILURE In Supervision
If you connect it again, you will get the message:
FROM: Toolmicro Information
SUBJECT: Supervisory State
Message: Name or ID: MY-NAME - Normal Status
* In all cases the sender of the mail will be @ toolmicro.com this sender has to put it on the e-mail whitelist.
This equipment has a supervision cadence of 50 minutes.
This means that it will warn of a power failure if it is more than 50 minutes without voltage.
This time is more than enough for a home, since a refrigerator or an aquarium can be without
power for much longer without an accident occurring.
We have equipment with cadences of 30 and 15 minutes for more delicate applications.
Very important:
Although the system is very reliable, do not supervise critical tasks, medical or those that could
put the integrity of people or animals at risk.
For this there are other systems designed for this purpose.
By purchasing or using this equipment, you accept the terms of use and the limitations on our
liability described at the end of this manual.
Even if the equipment breaks, we also send the failure email.
So if you don't have batteries or it breaks down, how do you send e-mails?
This system is based on "IOT" technology, this equipment sends a check at intervals to an
external server, and it is this server that sends the e-mail messages. These servers are active
24H / 365D.
Is it possible to receive a "FAIL" message and that the electrical current has not gone out?
The system works through your Wi-Fi and your ADSL connection if any of these two elements
fails, for more than 50 minutes, you will receive the "FAILURE" message, since the check will
not be able to be sent. Normally routers and adsl lines usually work without problems, and we
believe that such a "false alarm" is more convenient than not sending any warning. This gives
you a warning that something is wrong with the monitored installation.
