CONFIGURATION MENU DESCRIPTION
1-EMAIL ADDRESS TO RECEIVE NOTICES
Put here the email address to receive the notices. If the address is incorrect, you will not receive
any notice. Check the post manager to see if the emails are being trashed or marked as spam.
If so, remove them from the trash and mark them as "not spam"
2-NAME OF THIS WIFI / AP
(THE NAME THAT APPEARS ON THE MOBILE OR TABLET WHEN SEARCHING FOR NETWORKS)
By default the network is called Toolmicroxxxxx "the" x "are numbers, each unit is different.
Minimum 8 characters and maximum 20.
You can put any name "MyVigipro" "Mired1234" ... Or you can leave the one.
If you change the name, check that there are no networks around with the same name that you
want to use.
This configuration is for the Wi-Fi generated by the VM5-VigiPro equipment, do not confuse it
with the Wi-Fi in your home or facility.
3-ACCESS KEY TO THIS WIFI / AP (ACCESS KEY TO CONNECT TO THE WIFI)
Minimum 8 characters and maximum 30
By default the password is 12345678.
You can put whatever you want but look for complex keys for example: 148A? PaWsc7
This configuration is for the Wi-Fi generated by the VM5-VigiPro equipment, do not confuse it
with the Wi-Fi in your home or facility.
WRITE DOWN THE KEY AND MAKE SURE THAT THE NEW KEY IS WRITTEN ACCORDING
TO WHAT YOU WANT TO SET AND THERE ARE NO TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. IF YOU
FORGET OR SET THESE KEYS WRONG, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE
EQUIPMENT.
4-NAME OF THE WIFI TO WHICH IT WILL BE CONNECTED
Here you have to write EXACTLY the name of your wifi to which the VM5-VigiPro will connect.
For example: MOVISTAR_1220 or Vodafone8785...
If you put the wrong name the system will not work.
5-KEY TO THE WIFI TO WHICH IT WILL BE CONNECTED
Here you have to write EXACTLY the key of your wifi to which the VM5-VigiPro will connect.
If you put the wrong password the system will not work.
6-IOT ROUTE
Do not change anything, this field is for additional settings.
7-DEVICE NAME
This name is the one that will appear in the e-mails you receive. Basically it is to identify the
teams. You can put any name: My-House, Machine-1, Aquarium-Office ...
Minimum 8 characters and maximum 20.
Don't use spaces
8-APPLY CHANGES BUTTON
After modifying the parameters you want, press this button to save the changes.
