Auto on/off: As soon as you start your training, the display automatically
shows the training values. If you interrupt the training for 256 sec. the display
switches off. But the exercise values are saved. If you continue your training,
the values are added to the previous values.
Auto-Scanner: After the display turns on or the Mode button is pressed, the
display shows all the values Time-Calories-Kilometres-Pulse-Speed-Distance.
Each value is displayed for 6 sec.
Speed: Displays the current training speed from 0.0 to 99.9 KM/H or MPH.
Distance: Displays the distance that you have covered from 0.0 to 999.9. You
can set a preset target distance using SET & MODE. Each keystroke increases
the value by
0.1 km or m, each press of the button increases the value by 1 km or m at a
distance over 100. During the training it will then count down from the preset
distance.
Time: Counts the total time from 00:00 up to 99:59. You can set a preset
target time using SET & MODE. Each press of the button increases the time by
1 minute. During the training, the time is counted down from the preset time.
Calories: Counts calories burned during exercise from 0 to max. 9999 calories.
You can set a preset calorie target using SET & MODE. Each press of the
button increases the value by 1 kcal up to 1000, each press of the button
increases the value by 10 kcal for calories over 1000. During the workout, it
then counts down from the preset calories.
Note: These data are only a rough guide and should not be used for medical
treatment
Kilometre: Displays the total distance travelled from 0.0 to 999.9. Press the
Mode button to display this value.
Pulse: This display shows you your heart rate in beats per minute during
exercise.
Reset: Press and hold for 2 sec. to reset all values except the odometer to 0.
