TIME AND DATE SETTINGS
After the batteries are installed (2 AA batteries), the computer
makes a sound for 2 seconds. A display segment test is
performed. Next, the computer proceeds to time and date
settings.
Enter the CLOCK field.
•
Set the YEAR (in the STROKES section), MONTH
(in the CALORIES section), and DAY (in the PULSE
section). The selected value will blink. Settings
are done using UP and DOWN and confirmed
with the ENTER button, which activates the next
field.
•
Set the date and time when ALARM is displayed.
Confirm the setting s and go to the SPORT programme.
PROGRAM SELECTION
To select a training program:
•
Press ENTER.
•
When selected, STOP and MANUAL (manual mode) or
RACE (race mode) will flash on the screen.
Press UP or DOWN to select one of the modes:
•
MANUAL or RACE.
Confirm your selection by pressing ENTER.

MANUAL MODE
COUNTDOWN MODE
After you enter the MANUAL mode, you can set the
parameter to be counted down (one parameter is counted
down during training): TIME, DISTANCE, STROKES,
CALORIES, or PULSE.
•
Press the UP or DOWN button to select a
parameter, confirm your choice with ENTER.
•
Set the parameter value with the UP or DOWN
buttons.
•
The countdown starts when you press the START
button. The STOP message is no longer displayed.
•
The training ends when the set value reaches zero,
or you press the STOP button.
COUNTDOWN PARAMETERS
•
TIME - the count-down value is 1 to 99 minutes in 1-minute increments.
•
DISTANCE - the count-down value is 0 to 99900 metres in 100-metre increments.
•
STROKES - the count-down value is 0 to 9990 strokes in 10-stroke increments.
•
CALORIES - the count-down value is 5 to 9990 Cal in 5-Cal increments.
•
PULSE - the count-down value is 30 to 240 BMP in 1-BMP increments.
