Entsorgungshinweise
8.1 Produkt
Elektrische und elektronische Geräte dürfen nach der europäischen WEEE
Richtlinie nicht mit dem Hausmüll entsorgt werden. Deren Bestandteile
müssen getrennt der Wiederverwertung oder Entsorgung zugeführt werden,
weil giftige und gefährliche Bestandteile bei unsachgemäßer Entsorgung die
Gesundheit und Umwelt nachhaltig schädigen können.
Sie sind als Verbraucher nach dem Elektrogesetz (ElektroG) verpflichtet, elektrische
und elektronische Geräte am Ende ihrer Lebensdauer an den Hersteller, die Ver-
kaufsstelle oder an dafür eingerichtete, öffentliche Sammelstellen kostenlos zurück-
zugeben. Einzelheiten dazu regelt das jeweilige Landesrecht. Das Symbol auf dem
Produkt, der Betriebsanleitung und/oder der Verpackung weist auf diese Bestimmun-
gen hin. Mit dieser Art der Stofftrennung, Verwertung und Entsorgung von Altgeräten

8.2 Verpackung
Verpackungen können kostenlos in den entsprechenden Sammelstellen
entsorgt werden - Papier in der Papiertonne, Kunststoffe im gelben Sack und

1.1 In general
The user manual is part of the product and contains important information for cor-
rect use.

Read the user manual completely and carefully before use.
The user manual must be available for uncertainties and passing the product.

Do not short-circuit connectors and circuits.
A defective device may not be put into operation, but must be protected against fur-
ther use.

The light sources are not exchangeable.

In case of questions, defects, mechanical damage, trouble and other prob-
lems, non-recoverable by the documentation, contact your dealer or producer.
Not meant for children. The product is not a toy!

Secure packaging, small parts and insulation against accidental use.
•
Never look directly into the light source.
•
Do not aim the beam of the light into the eyes of other persons, animals or ref-
lective surfaces.
The eyes can be damaged!

Handle the product carefully.
•
It will be damaged by blows, knocks or a fall from even a short height.
•
Avoid stresses such as heat and cold, moisture and direct sunlight, vibration
and mechanical pressure.
The product contains magnetic materials.
•
Regarding the compatibility with implanted medical devices, consult a doctor
before use.
•
Keep a minimum distance of 20 cm to medical equipment.
•
Do not store or operate near bank cards.

The batteries (rechargeable) are replaceable.

Do not mix old and new batteries.

Only use batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended.

Do not mix alkaline, carbon zinc or nickel cadmium batteries.

Description and function
2.1 Product
Battery-powered LED work light as ideal lighting solution for work, leisure and
breakdown assistance.

Intended use
This product is intended exclusively for private use and its intended
purpose. This product is not intended for commercial use.We do not permit
using the device in other ways like described in chapter „Description and
Function" or in the „Safety Instructions". Use the product only in dry interior
rooms. Not attending to these regulations and safety instructions might cause fatal
accidents, injuries, and damages to persons and property.
IPX4: This product is protected against splash water.

Preparation

Commissioning
NOTE!
Risk of damage due to incorrect power supply
•
Only use batteries of the same type listed in chapter „Specifications".
1. Check the scope of delivery for completeness and integrity.
2. Unscrew the battery cover (7) counterclockwise from the handle (6).
3. Remove the battery magazine (8).
4. Insert 3 new batteries into the battery magazine, observing the polarity of
plus and minus. See Fig. 2a.
5. Push the filled battery magazine back into the handle in the direction indica-
ted by the arrow on the magazine. See Fig. 2b.
6. Screw the battery compartment cover clockwise again.
See Fig. 2b.
The LED work lamp is now ready for operation.

Operating
6.1 Switching ON and OFF
1. Switching ON: Press the ON / OFF push button (5) 1x vigorously until an
audible click tone sounds.
2. Switching OFF: Press the ON / OFF push button once again one time until
you hear another audible click.
6.2 Adjusting Focus
•
Adjust the focus continuously by sliding or pulling the lamphead (3).
Slide forward:
narrow beam and long light range
Pull back:
wide beam of light

6.3 Handle with magnet
There is a magnet (1) at the end of the handle (6).
•
If necessary, attach the LED work light with the handle to a ferrous base.

Maintenance, Care, Storage and Transportation
The product is maintenance-free.
NOTICE!
Material damage

Only use a dry and soft cloth for cleaning.
•
Do not use detergents or chemicals.
Use a slightly moist and soft cloth for heavy stains.
•
Store the product out the reach of children and in a dry and dust-protected am-
bience when not in use.
•
Remove batteries / rechargeable batteries when not in use.
•
Store cool and dry.
•
Keep and use the original packaging for transport.

Disposal instructions
8.1 Product
According to the European WEEE directive, electrical and electronic
equipment must not be disposed with consumers waste. Its components must
be recycled or disposed apart from each other. Otherwise contaminative and
hazardous substances can damage the health and pollute the environment.
As a consumer, you are committed by law to dispose electrical and electronic
devices to the producer, the dealer, or public collecting points at the end of the
devices lifetime for free. Particulars are regulated in national right. The symbol on the
product, in the user manual, or at the packaging alludes to these terms. With this
kind of waste separation, application, and waste disposal of used devices you
achieve an important share to environmental protection.

8.2 Packaging
Packaging can be disposed of free of charge at the suitable collection points
– paper belongs in paper bins, plastics belong in yellow sacks and glass
belongs in used glass bins.
