BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH CLEANING OPERATION, SWITCH THE APPLIANCE OFF AND UNPLUG
FROM THE SOCKET.
All the parts of the appliance can be washed with warm water and detergent or on the top shelf of
a dish washer except for the motor base (21) , which can be cleaned with a damp cloth, and the
juicer filter (12).
Never place the motor base (21) AND THE POWER CORD AND PLUG into water but clean with a
damp cloth.
Blender
Before disassembling the blender, fill half the blender jug with warm water. Insert the lid and cap
and activate the appliance. Open the spout and pour the water out into a container to clean the
valve.
Disassemble the blender following the assembly steps described above in reverse order.
Juicer
Remove the pulp container (13).
Remove the juicer, complete with lid, from the motor base by turning it clockwise and remove the
parts, following the assembly steps in reverse order.
The juicer filter (12) is an extremely fragile attachment and needs to be handled with care.
When cleaning the filter, rinse it under running water and use the brush (15) with plastic bristles
provided.
DO NOT KNOCK IT TO REMOVE FOOD RESIDUES; THIS COULD DAMAGE IT ENOUGH TO JEOPARDIZE
ALL FURTHER USE. IN CASE IT IS DAMAGED OR WORN SUBSTITUTE IT IMMEDIATELY.
r Some vegetables (for ex . carrots and swiss chard) can stain the plastic parts of the appliance.
To remove any stains use vegetable oil.
