Fit the panels in the order shown. The number and
positions of the tension rope nests are preassembled
in the floor frame.

Fix to the panel in the area of the corner posts using
spacer screws incl. protective caps. Tighten the tension
rope as described above.

Assemble electrical connectors and insert into the
insulated roof frame. Correlating connectors
(plug + socket) are labelled with identical labels.

Cover the panel joint with the panel cover strip.

1. Slide the tension spring on to the anchor plate.
2. Position the anchor plate in the roof frame.
3. Insert the tension rope with Z-sleeve into the
tension rope nest.
4. Feed the tension rope with the threaded sleeve
through the slot, tighten the washers and hexagon
nut by hand.
5. Insert the next panel and slide to the previous panel.
6. Insert spacer plate with longitudinal milling between
the lower edge of the roof frame and the upper edge
of the panel and tighten the hexagon nut by hand.
ATTENTION: Tighten the hexagon nut (tightening
torque approx. 3Nm) once all panels are fitted.
On the square the tension rope must be secured
against twisting.
Fill the hollow spaces in the corner posts with mineral
wool.

Insert the vapour barrier into the roof frame over the
entire length.

Adjust the length of the upper cover strip and fasten with
4 screws per panel.
Assembly sequence: Front side first, then long side.
Insert the U-cover profile above the helical line. Install
additional screws before and after the panel joint.
