Cleaning and maintenance
• It is very important to clean the kettle after use.
The dry ingredients may stick to the metal.
• Rinse the machine and soak it with 5 – 10 litres
of water of 60 °C for 15 minutes or more. We
advise the use of Chemipro

Brewing tips
During mashing you will be heating a heterogeneous mixture of water and malt. Therefore, it is necessary to
stir frequently for even heating. The temperature sensor is placed at the bottom of the kettle, we recommend
checking the temperature with a thermometer at several places throughout the mash. It is recommended that
only 1 of the 2 wattage knobs be turned on during mashing to prevent burning. It is best to use both elements
for cooking.
Do not use the ball valve to drain the mash, as it will become clogged. Only use the ball valve for uncharged
liquids (e.g. water, wort...).
