Before using your Oster
follow instructions below:
1. Remove any stickers and packaging materials from product.
2. DO NOT IMMERSE BASE/HOUSING IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
3. Clean and cure Bioceramic™ non-stick surface of inner pot:
• Remove inner pot and wash with soft sponge with hot, soapy water. Rinse
and dry well.
• Place inner pot back in base.
• To cure the non-stick cooking surface, plug appliance into appropriate
electrical outlet. All function indicator lights will start blinking. Press Sauté
Button and then press Start/Stop Button .
• Lightly cover the entire cooking surface with cooking oil and let the
appliance warm to maximum heat.
• When done, press the Start/Stop button, unplug the unit, and cool
completely.
• Clean excess oil off with hot water and dry the surface with a dry cloth.
NOTE: When using unit for first time, you may notice a fine smoke haze
coming out from unit. This is normal. It is due to initial heating of internal
components. Your Oster
use and it will not be necessary to cure it again.

1. Plug appliance into appropriate electrical outlet.
2. Cooking Function Buttons- press to select desired cooking function:
• Air Fry
• Slow Cook
• Steam
• Roast
• Boil
• Rice Cook
• Sauté
• Soup/Stew
• Yogurt
• Keep Warm
