Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems when using this product,
check the following points.
Symptoms
The device does
not turn On
The device does
not turn Off after
ignition of vehicle
is turned Off (On
/ Off button re-

No sound is

Possible Causes
1. The device or vehicles fuse
has blown
2. Cable is nor correctly connected
1. Wrong wiring between Batt+
cable and ACC cable
2. Vehicle has no ACC cable
1. The speakers are not properly
connected
2. The sound is muted
1. Bad Antenna connection
2. Bad FM reception in this area
Built in microphone is not in proper
environment
Smartphone is not
connected to the device
(pedestrian symbol)
Pairing process failed
Audio Source button was not
touched when blinking
Solution
1. Replace the fuse with an equivalent fuse
and check your installation before
continuing
2. Check electrical connections
1. Modify cableling to reverse PIN A4 and A7
2. Turn Off device each time you leave
vehicle
1. Check speakers connection
2. Un-mute by pressing On / Off button from
the control unit.
1. Check antenna cable and connectors;
if antenna requires power supply check
that connection is made (see wiring
diagram)
2. Select other FM station
Install an external microphone (to be con-
nected on C connector – see wiring diagram)
In the Application check the connection
status on the bottom left corner: it should be
the car symbol; if not (pedestrian), turn
Off and On the Bluetooth on your phone
and start connection procedure again
Turn Off and On the head unit (long press
On). Turn Off and On Bluetooth of your
smartphone. Redo the pairing procedure
(press On the source button on the docking
when blinking) Phone is paired when the
bars are illuminated Phone is connected
when the car symbol is displayed.
