9. ENVIRONMENTAL ORIENTATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Disposal of Solid Waste (parts in general and product packaging)
Generation of solid waste is an aspect that the user must take into consideration, in the use and maintenance of his equipment.
Environmental impacts can cause signifi cant changes in soil quality, in the quality of superfi cial and underground water and
in the population's health, through the improper disposal of discarded waste (on streets, receiving bodies of water, landfi lls
or vacant properties, etc.).
Schulz Compressores S.A. recommends management of the waste created by the product from its generation, handling, trans-
port, treatment until its fi nal disposal.
Proper management must consider the following steps: quantifi cation, qualifi cation, classifi cation, source reduction, selective
collection, recycling, storage, transport, treatment and fi nal destination.
Solid waste disposal must be done according to the regulative requirements of the existing legislation.
10. FAILURE DIAGNOSTICS
Before calling SAC SCHULZ, perform a preliminary checking procedure, according to following table:

11. TERMS OF WARRANTY
SCHULZ COMPRESSORES S.A., within the limits of this Term, assures the fi rst buyer/user of this product Warranty
against manufacturing defects for a period of 90 (ninety) days (including the Legal Warranty period), counting
from the invoice date.
WARRANTY GENERAL CONDITIONS
A.
This guarantee does not comprise:
Damages caused to the product by inadequate use, by user's fault, by external agents action, by weather, by inadequate
accessory use, by deviation of purpose, by falls, or by perforations.
B.
The right to the guarantee is extinguished after the date appointed above in item 1 and, besides, if the user does not
follow the technical and operation orientations established in this Instruction Manual.
C.
No reseller, commercial representative or technical assistant from Schulz Compressores S.A. is authorized to modify the
provisions of this Term.
Nota: SCHULZ is not responsible for any damage occurred to the vehicle by incorrect use of this product, or use not complying
to the specifi cations of this manual.

• Check the good plug/socket connection at the vehicle power socket or at the cigarette lighter. Connect and
disconnect the plug, aiming to eliminate dirt from the electrical contact.

• Check the vehicle cigarette lighter fuse. It must be able to stand a current of up to 10 Amp. Check the product
power cable plug fuse 10A or 15A (Air Plus 12V Duo) plug.

• Check if the power cable is properly connected.
• As circuit protection, use a 2A/250V fuse in AC (for model Air Plus 12V Duo).
• Check if the adapter is well connected to the valve before closing the lock.

• Check the compressor hose and connections, looking for leaks.
• Overheating due to prolonged use. Allow the turned-off compressor to cool for at least 30 minutes.
• Check for vehicle battery low charge.
