WARM: Use the WARM button to keep your food warm
after cooking, or when you simply want to keep something
warm for an extended amount of time. Use the Up and Down
arrows to adjust the warming temperature and warming time.
Press the WARM button to cancel the warm cycle.
DELAY: Set your temp and time. Press DELAY and press
up or down arrows to adjust delay time. Adjustable up to 24
hours. After setting the cooking function and delay time press
START/PAUSE. Press DELAY at any time to cancel.
MENU: The Brio comes with 100 pre-programed presets and
an additional 50 memory slots allowing you to add your own
unique recipes. Use the MENU button to recall and save the
programmed recipes. Refer to the Quick Start Guide for the
list of 100 presets.
STAGE: Use the STAGE button to program up to 5 different
cooking steps. Cooking temperatures and times can be
adjusted for each stage of cooking using the Up and Down
arrows.
WATTS: The Brio comes with 3 wattage levels (700, 1500
& 1800). Press the WATTS button to change the running
wattage the Brio will use. When the Brio is turned off and/or
unplugged, the Brio will run at the wattage previously used
when it is once again plugged in and turned on.
The maximum selectable cooking time differs
depending on the selected cooking temperature.
