All series of actions must be make
without power supply connection.
Connect the power supply only after
the complete and correct installation
of all other cabling .
Warning
When connecting each ISDN access
point to the connectors available on
the Codec, it is advisable to have at
hand and make note of the corre-
sponding telephone numbers.
This information is useful for correct
ISDN terminal configuration
Note
The status LED at the front of the
Codec indicates the following:
1.LED illuminated: The Codec is on
and functioning.
2. LED flashing: System power is on,
but the Codec is in standby mode."
3. LED off: System power is either off or
not connected

SYSTEM POSITIONING AND INSTALLATION
Place the system in the desired location and connect the devices.:
Connect the Microphone pole (see the cabling scheme)
Connect the "Aethra POD" Microphone.
Connect Codec Video Onput to main monitor (cavo 3RCA + Y/C).
Connect the LAN input to the network.
Connect the ISDN inputs to the network terminations.
Connect supplementary audio or video equipments to the available
inputs/outputs.
Connect the power supply.
Press the Power push button "Soft Key".
Switch on the TV monitor.
Wait for the main user interface to appear.
First time equipment is switched on
When the equipment is switched on for the first time select your Country and
Language.
Setup of the ISDN BRI
For any ISDN port, assign in the setup ISDN BRI, the corresponding ISDN number.
Setup of the IP Address
The default setting of the codec enable the automatic acquire of the IP address.
