TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Machine is unplugged
Circuit breaker is tripped
Pump motor is burned out
Faulty switch
Insufficient air pressure
Air motor vanes seized
Selector valve is out of
position
Pump filter screen is clogged
Flexible metal hose clogged
Pump rubber discharge hose
clogged
External filter is clogged
Cavitation due to low liquid
level

CORRECTION
Plug machine into outlet
Check breaker and correct.
If problems persist, contact
Graymills.
Replace pump
Replace switch
Ensure air pressure is set to 60
psi min
Inject 5 drops #10 oil into air
motor inlet
Correct valve position
Clear debris from around pump
Clear debris from metal hose
Clear debris from hose or
replace hose
Replace external filters
Raise liquid level to correct
level
