OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
TRANSPORT
The equipment can be transported by holding the
handlebar and tilting the equipment.
LEVELING
If the equipment is not level with the ground, use the
leveling feet to carry out the leveling, turning them
clockwise and counterclockwise.
RESISTANCE ADJUSTMENT
Resistance (exercise intensity) is controlled by the Load
Regulation Knob located under the handlebar. To increase
the tension, turn the knob clockwise. To decrease resistance,
turn the Load Adjustment knob counterclockwise.
ADJUSTMENTS
Proper adjustment is essential for efficient exercise that avoids the risk of injury.
Therefore, the bike has several adjustment points so that the user can adapt as best as
possible to the equipment.
SADDLE AND HANDLE ADJUSTMENT
Sit on the saddle and make sure your hips are not tilted to the side. Put the pedal down
as shown in the image below. Put your feet on the pedal. If the height is not suitable, use
the knob to raise or lower the saddle. The height of the handlebars can also be adjusted
using the knob.
