3. Place new dust bag collar on tabs of dirt tube
interface and rotate up until dirt tube tabs engage
holes in dust bag collar. (See Figure 8)

4. Tuck bottom of dust bag into lower portion of outer bag.

5. Replace red bag cap and pull up on dual-zipper
connector.
REPLACING WORN BELTS
CAUTION! To prevent burns, avoid touching belt
pulley when servicing drive belt.
NOTE: Vacuum will not run at full suction if belt is
stretched or broken.
1.
Turn vacuum upside down and turn power on. If brush is
not spinning, replace belt. See step 3 below.
2. If brush is spinning, gently place the bottom of your
shoe against brush roller. If brush roller stops, replace
the belt. See step 3 below.
3. To replace belt, release cam locks and remove bottom
metal plate. (See Figure 10)

4. Pull up on belt and rotate off motor pulley. Lift out

side of the belt runs parallel to the plastic belt
guide but is not touching it.

Replace bottom metal plate and secure with cam
