CONNECTING EQUIPMENT TO THE TW-3
Connecting to Wireless Loadbars
1. On the TW-3, tap

2. The TW-3 will search for the loadbars. When the loadbars have been located,
tap to select them from the list, then tap
Note: As per the Wireless Loadbar Installa on instruc ons, your loadbars must
be switched on and in range to display in the search list.
3. The connec on process will take up to 30 seconds while pairing occurs
between the loadbars and the TW-3. Once completed, tap
4. Create a new session, by tapping
display as 0.0kg. If it's not 0.0, press the
bars to confi rm the connec on is working.
Note: A er 15 minutes of inac vity, wireless loadbars will disconnect as TW-3 goes
into sleep mode. Press
Connecting to an EID Reader
The EID Reader connects to the TW- by either a serial cable or via Bluetooth®.
1. Turn On the EID Reader.
2. Turn On the TW- .
3. On the TW- , tap
4. Select how the Reader is connected, either via Bluetooth or serial cable.
Note: A mini serial adapter is included with the TW- if a female serial
connec on is required.
Important: You can also connect to your TW-3 by ini a ng a Bluetooth®
enabled connec on from your reader. A passcode of "0000" may be required to
complete this connec on.
Refer to Bluetooth – Connect EID Reader in the TW-3 On-screen Help or your EID
Reader User Manual for further informa on on pairing the reader.
Connecting to a Drafter/Sorter
To connect the TW- to a dra er, use the data cables suppled with your dra er.
Refer to your Dra er User Manual for more informa on.
1. Turn On the TW- .
2. On the TW- , tap
3. Specify the type of dra er that is being connected, to complete the setup.
If your dra er is not listed, tap
wizard to set up your dra er.
