Cleaning and maintenance
WARNING! Before cleaning, always turn off and unplug
the unit.
• Clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not use flammable or abrasive detergents (e.g. benzene or
white spirit) to clean the unit.
• Never immerse the speakers, subwoofer or cables in water and
do not allow any liquid to enter any part of the unit.
Troubleshooting
Problem
The keyboard does
not work or it is out
of tune.
There is no sound.
Possible Cause
• The plug is loose or
not connected.
• The fuse for the
main electricity
supply has blown.
• A value other than 0
has been set for the
Transpose (C-TUNE)
function.
• The connections
are loose or not
connected.
• The volume is set too
low.
• Headphones are
connected to the
keyboard.
• Make sure you are
not in SINGLE or
FINGERED modes.

Solution
• Check the AC adapter and make sure
it is firmly connected to the rear panel
and the mains power socket.
• Replace the fuse. If it is still not
working, try plugging in to another
mains power socket. If the problem
persists, take the unit to your nearest
service centre.
• Make sure that the C-TUNE function
is set to 0.
• Check all the connections are correct
and firmly in place.
• Increase the volume and check that the
external audio source is not on mute
or low volume.
• Remove headphones.
• Return to default mode.
