Hot pot, Chinese fondue or fi e pot – this broth
fondue in its various forms is extremely pop-
ular throughout East Asia, from China, Taiwan
and Korea to Japan and Thailand. Traditionally,
these dishes are cooked together directly at the
table by gradually adding the ingredients to the
hot broth or simmering liquid, according to the
desired degree of cooking. This method is idea
for preparing and enjoying meat, fish and se -
food, as well as vegetarian and vegan dishes,
together. Additionally, with the WMF Lono Hot
Pot & Steam you can very gently steam your
ingredients such as all kinds of vegetables, deli-
cious Chinese baozi buns and dumplings or even
whole fish

3.1| PROPER USE
This appliance can be used by children over

ing knowledge, if they are supervised or have
