Problem: Device cannot be switched on.
Fix: Make sure that the device plug end of the power supply cable
connected to the device and the power supply plug is plugged into a sock-

Problem: There is sufficient skin contact but still the readiness indicator
does not flash yellow and it is not possible to trigger the light pulse.
Fix: If the readiness indicator
there may be a system fault. Switch the device off and disconnect it from
the power supply. After about 1 minute restore the power supply and switch
the device back on. If it still does not work contact customer service.
