Requirements:
– The mains fuse provided on site is open.
– The battery fuse on the recharging device has been removed.
– The red (+) and black (-) battery connection cables and the bridge connection can be found in the battery
compartment (condition on delivery).

Ensure that the main switch on the AC module is set to position 0 and the fuses on the AC
module and PSU module have been removed.
Connecting the set of batteries (lead-acid gel batteries)

1. Insert 1 battery each in each battery compartment (no. 1 and
2).

The battery ports face right.

The positive terminal of battery faces forward, while
the negative terminal faces backward.
2. Connect the red battery cable already connected to the
recharging device at terminal BAT.+ to the positive terminal of
battery 1.
3. Connect the black battery cable already connected to the
recharging device at terminal BAT.- to the negative terminal of
battery 2.
4. Use the free third battery cable to connect the negative
terminal of battery 1 to the positive terminal of battery 2.
Note

The positive terminal of the battery cable is labelled
with a red heat-shrinkable sleeve and the negative
terminal with a black heat-shrinkable sleeve.
5. Check that cable connections are connected firmly.
6. Record the installation date on the supplied black/silver sticker,
sign the sticker and place on the nBox so it can be seen
clearly.
