Safety warnings
1. Read these instructions.
2. Keep this guide.
3. Note all warnings.
4. Follow all instructions.
5. Do not use this device near water.
6. Only use a dry cloth to clean this de­
vice.
7. Do not place near heat sources such
as radiators, heat accumulators,
ovens or other devices (including
amplifiers) that can generate heat.
8. Protect the cables and the mains
adapter from mechanical strains
(jamming and the like), especially at
the plug and the socket and the con­
nection at which the cable comes
out of the mains adapter.
9. Only use additional devices/acces­
sories that are specified by the
manufacturer.

Only use stands, tripods
or holders that are specified by the
manufacturer or sold with the de­
vice. When a cable is being used, be
careful when moving the cable/
device in order to avoid injuries
through tilting.
11. Pull the mains plug during a storm
or if not used over a longer time pe­
riod.
12. Leave all maintenance work to
qualified service personnel. Mainte­
nance is necessary if the device has
been damaged in any way, such as if
the mains adapter is damaged, fluid
has been spilled, the device has
been exposed to rain or humidity, is
not working normally or has been
dropped.
13. To avoid fires and electric shocks,
do not expose the device to rain or
humidity.
14. The identification of a risk of electric
shocks and the corresponding
graphic symbols are specified on
the bottom of the device.
15. The device must not be wetted or
sprayed with liquids. No objects fil­
led with liquids may be placed on
the device.
16. The mains adapter should be inser­
ted near the radio and so as to be
easily accessible. To disconnect the
radio from the power in an emer­
gency, pull the mains adapter out of
the socket.
17. If the mains adapter or device plug
is intended to be used for switching
off, it must remain freely accessible.
