Warning!. Clamp the workpiece in case it
does not remain stationary by its own weight.
Warning!. Do not overload equipment so that
it comes to a standstill.
Sanding
Place the sanding disc on top of the sanding
surface with a minimum tilt of
15° and a maximum tilt 30°. Try not to push the
tool over the workpiece, in order not to
overcharge the motor and damage the workpiece.
The tool's weight will insure a perfect sanding.
Use fiber-bonded abrasive sandpaper, with grits
according to the sanding material, e.g.
Ferrous material: aluminium oxide
Non-ferrous materials (aluminium, brass, copper,
etc.): silicon carbide
Wood in general: aluminium oxide
Stones (marble, granite, concrete, etc.): silicon
carbide
Cast iron: silicon carbide

„ Before any work on the machine itself, pull
the mains plug.
For safe and proper working, always keep the
machine and the ventilation slots clean.
If the machine should fail despite the rigorous
manufacturing and testing procedures, repair
should be carried out by an authorized customer
services center for BOSCH power tools.
