PROBLEM RESOLUTION
POSSIBLE CAUSE AND SOLUTIONS
She's not connected.
The circuit breaker has tripped or the fuse is bad.
Check if the outlet is powered by connecting another electrical device.
Make sure there is not too much in the winecooler.
Check temperature setting.
A high room temperature may require setting the winecooler to a cooler
temperature.
The door is opened too often.
The door is not completely closed.
The door seal is not positioned correctly.
There is not enough space around the winecooler to allow for ventila-
tion.
The ambient temperature is higher than the maximum allowed.
A large number of bottles inside the winecooler.
The door is opened too often.
The door is not completely closed.
The temperature control is not calibrated correctly.
The door seal is not positioned correctly.
The winecooler is not plugged in.
The circuit breaker has tripped or a fuse has blown.
LED lighting is out of order.
The light button is set to "OFF".
Check that the winecooler is on a stable surface.
The winecooler is not on a stable surface or one of the legs is not properly
adjusted.
Bubbling and gurgling sound: This noise is emitted when the refrigerant
flows through the pipes of the system. This is normal.
Flowing water sound: This is the normal sound of water flowing into the
drain channel during the defrosting process.
If the winecooler is noisy (compressor noise): This is normal. This noise
indicates that the compressor is working normally. When the compressor
is turned on, it runs and is a bit louder for a short period.
If the door has just been opened, leave it for a few minutes to allow the air
pressure to equalize before trying again.
The winecooler is not level.
Shelves are not properly positioned and block the door from closing.
Water is incorrectly collecting in the water reservoir at the rear of the
unit.
Check that the water tank is in place.
Empty the water tank.
Hot, humid weather increases the internal degree of frost buildup. This
is normal.
Open the door less often and make sure it is always securely closed.
