C. DEEP NEGATIVE with temperature set -35°C
3. CURRENT STORAGE CYCLE At the end of the positive blast chilling phase there is an automatic transition
to storage at a specific temperature. At the end of the negative blast chilling phase, the product
automatically switches to storage at a specific temperature.
During storage, the display shows the chamber temperature. Pressing Up you will visualize the temperature
for 5 seconds. Once again press UP to visualize the timing of the last blast chilling cycle just completed.
4. DEFROSTING/DEFROST FUNCTION Defrosting during the preservation phase is normally carried out in a
continuous cycle, or manually by the user with the door open, with the controller in OFF status. By pressing
the UP key for 4 seconds, the string "dEF" (as defined by the parameter) appears on the display during this
phase. At the end of a program, the cycle automatically switches to preservation. In Addition to timeout,
the cycle can be interrupted like the other programs by pressing the Stop key.
The opening of the door has no influence on the execution of the defrost, it is executed anyway, without
checking the status of the door
5. POWER FAILURE After a power failure, the state in which the memory card was before will be restored. A
blasting phase interrupted by a power failure will be reset from zero, i.e. the execution time count will
restart from the beginning (also for the automatic cycle). The preservation phase will be memorized, i.e.
the time required for the last cycle, which is kept after the power supply returns. If a program is in progress
that has become timed during execution (for pin probe breakage), after a power down that has taken place
during culling, the program resumes in time.
