WARNING Failure to read and follow the
Operator's Manual and all operating
instructions can result in death, bodily injury,
and/or property damage.
WARNING Outdoor use ONLY. DO NOT start
or run engine indoors or in an enclosed
area, even if windows and doors are open.
Running engines give off carbon monoxide,
an odorless, poison gas that can cause nausea,
fainting or death.
WARNING Fuel and its vapors are flammable and
explosive. Turn off engine and wait at least
2 minutes before refueling. Let spilled fuel
evaporate before starting engine. Always
allow space for fuel expansion.
Items Included:
Operator's Manual (Not Shown)
You Will Need:
• Utility knife • Safety glasses • 10 mm &13 mm wrenches • Unleaded fuel • Adjustable wrenches (2)
Unpack Generator
1.
Set the carton on a rigid, flat surface.
2.
Remove everything from carton except generator.
3.
Open carton completely by cutting each corner from top to bottom.
4.
Ensure you have all included items prior to assembly.
If items are damaged or missing, call 1-877-370-7501.
5.
Leave generator on carton for next step.
Attach Wheels
NOTICE Wheels and support leg must be attached
prior to adding any fuel.
1.
Tip generator so that engine end is up.
2.
Place axle stud (a) through mounting bracket on generator frame.

3.
Place a flat washer (b) on axle stud as shown.
4.
Use adjustable wrenches to secure the axle stud to frame with jam
nut (c).

5.
Place wheel (d) on axle, then a flat washer (b) as shown.
NOTICE Be sure to install wheel with raised hub inboard.
6.
Use an adjustable wrench to secure the wheel to axle stud with jam
nut (c).

7.
Repeat steps 2 through 6 for other wheel.
Attach Support Leg
1.
Tip generator so that engine side is down.
2.
Line up holes on support leg (e) with holes in generator frame.
3.
Attach support leg (e) using 2 bolts (f) and 2 hex nuts (g). Tighten
with 10 mm and 13mm wrenches.

4.
Return generator to normal operating position with wheels and
support leg on carton.
Attach Handle
1.
Line up holes in handle (h) with holes in generator frame. Attach
handle using 10 mm and 13 mm wrenches with 35 mm bolts (j) and
hex nuts (g).

Quick Start Guide
WARNING Contact with Muffler area can result in
serious burns. DO NOT touch hot parts and
AVOID hot exhaust gases.
WARNING Generator produces hazardous
voltage and current. Contact with live parts
can cause electric shock or burn. DO NOT
operate under wet conditions. Transfer
Switch MUST be used when connecting generator to
a building's electrical system.

3750 Watt* Generator
Add Engine Oil and Fuel
NOTICE Be sure you have attached wheels and support leg prior to this
step.
NOTICE Before starting the engine, check oil level and ensure that
engine is serviced as described in the Operator's Manual.
1.
Move generator outdoors to a flat, level surface.
NOTICE DO NOT use E85 fuel.
NOTICE DO NOT mix oil with fuel.
2.
Remove oil fill cap (L). Slowly pour entire contents of oil bottle (k)
into oil fill.

3.
Replace and fully tighten oil fill cap.
4.
Remove fuel cap (M), and add clean, fresh, UNLEADED fuel. Leave
room for fuel expansion per instructions located on top of tank.
5.
Replace fuel cap, and let any spilled fuel evaporate before starting
engine.
Move Generator
to Safe Operating Location
1.
Move generator outdoors to a flat, level surface, in an
area that will not accumulate deadly exhaust gas. DO NOT place
generator where exhaust gas could accumulate and enter inside or be
drawn into a potentially occupied building. Ensure exhaust gas is kept
away from any windows, doors, ventilation intakes, or other openings
that can allow exhaust gas to collect in a confined area. Prevailing
winds and air currents should be taken into consideration when
positioning generator.
2.
To reduce the risk of exhaust heat or exhaust gases igniting nearby
combustible material, keep at least 5 feet (1.5 m) clearance on all
sides of generator, including overhead.
Start Generator
1.
Make sure unit is on a level surface. Disconnect all electrical loads
from the generator.
2.
Ensure fuel valve (N) is in the "On" position.
3.
Move choke lever (P) to "Choke" position.
4.
Push rocker switch (R) to "On".
5.
Pull starter rope handle slowly until resistance is felt. Then pull
rapidly to overcome compression, prevent kickback and start

engine.
6.
If engine starts, proceed to step 9. If engine fails to start, proceed to
a
step 7.
7.
Move choke lever to "Half" choke position, and pull recoil handle
twice. If engine starts, proceed to step 9.
8.
If engine fails to start, repeat step 7.
9.
Slowly move choke lever (P) to "Run" position. If engine falters, move
choke lever to "Half" choke position until engine runs smoothly, and
then to "Run" position.

NOTICE If engine floods, place choke lever in "Run" position and repeat
step 5 until engine starts.
Plug in Items to be Powered
WARNING Overloaded electrical cords can overheat, arc, and burn
resulting in death, bodily injury, and/or property damage. ONLY use
cords rated for your loads. Follow all safeties on electrical cords.
1.
Let engine stabilize and warm up for a few minutes
after starting.

Ensure the circuit breaker (S) on control panel is in the

ON position.

3.
With generator running, plug in items to be powered.
4.
Refer to
Do Not Overload Generator section of Operator's Manual.
5.
Plug in and turn on the desired 120 (U) and/or 240 (T) Volt AC,
single phase, 60 Hz electrical loads.
Shut Down Generator
1.
To shutdown generator, unplug all electrical loads.
2.
Let engine run for 2 minutes.
3.
Push engine rocker switch (R) to "Off".
4.
Turn fuel valve (N) to "Off".
5.
To prepare for storage, refer to Operator's Manual.
