First things first, what are you playing?
For first person shooters, we recommend using your tall thumbstick on
the right for precision and accuracy through the scope. Short concaved
on the left to dig in for quick, responsive moves. For sports games, stick
with your concave sticks, they'll give you the right balance.
Want to do your own thing? We get it. Remove your faceplate and simply
pull the thumbsticks away from the shaft. Slide the new one on just as
easily. To remove your Anti-Friction Rings, simply push them out from
behind the faceplate and reverse the motion to reinstall.
Mic check.
The Mute Button is an easy way for you to toggle muting your microphone
in-game when your wired headset is plugged into your controller. The
button light will be off when your mic is on and turns amber when you
are muted. Be aware of this or your team won't be able to hear you.

Headset in-line volume controls function independently of

The Mute Button will not work with wireless headsets.
