IMPORTANT NOTES AND WARNINGS
The maximum capacity of the cooking bowl is 2 litres. Do not overfill it.
Never touch the metal part of the bowl when cooking, or right after use. Remove the
cooking bowl only by the handle.
Never heat the bowl when it is empty.
The selected temperature must be higher than the temperature inside the bowl.
Never heat more than 500 ml of milk.
To crush very hard ingredients such as coffee beans or almonds, proceed by 40-
second steps with a 10-minute break in between two steps.
The recommended maximum time of mixing at high speed is 60 seconds.
The maximum weight limit of dough kneading is 0.5 kg.
The butterfly whisk is very delicate, do not use any ingredients that may block or
damage it.
Do not use this appliance to slice anything other than food.
Never use your fingers to force the ingredients through the opening of the lid – only
use the pusher.
Remove the bowl from its base to empty it after slicing food.
Do not try to cook the food while it is being grated or sliced.
The minimum amount of water needed to steam cook is 0.5 l: it is sufficient for 30 min

Make sure to close the lid properly when cooking with steam.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Error code
Signification
E01
The cooking bowl is not properly installed
E02
Motor overheating protection activated
E03
The lid is not tightened properly
E04
Other problem: contact maintenance
Notes:
If the appliance does not start, check whether it is properly connected to a mains
outlet with the correct voltage.
If the cooking bowl or the lid are not properly installed, the appliance will not start
either and the error codes E01 or E03 will appear on the screen.
When the appliance is used for the first time, a light smelly smoke can be emitted;
this is totally normal and not harmful. It will quickly dissipate without any required
action by the user.
If the appliance suddenly stops working, it is usually caused by an overheating of the
motor. This might happen when the motor is running for too long at a high speed.
In this case, the overheat protection will be activated and the error code E02 will
appear on the screen indicating that the appliance has to cool down before futher
use.
If the blade is blocked, it is recommended to switch off the appliance and scrape off
the blocking ingredients and/or to reduce the amount of ingredients of that batch.
