danger. In case of need you should return the appliance to this

Danger of burning! Make sure not to touch the hot
surfaces of the appliance. During use there is rising heat
above the appliance.
Caution! Hot surface! Accessible surfaces can become very hot
during use. Never touch those surfaces during use nor before the
appliance has totally cooled down, and only handle the knobs.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
VG IKP 3000
When the power connection is ON, the electric current
will produce a magnetic field in the induction oil,
which is embedded in the machine. As soon as the
magnetic force lines in the magnetic field touch the
alloy steel pot/boiler, it will produce the heating effect,
which would lead to the heating of the foot in the pot.
