6. Assembling the LEADER

The LEADER 25 must be assembled correctly before starting up.
Assembling the handlebar
The handle is loosely pre-assembled and only needs to be fixed with
the pre-set screws (fig. 1), washers and nuts (fig. 3).
For final stabilisation, screw (2) and nut (3) must be attached (fig. 1
+ 2). The fixation is sufficient on one side.
Assembling the protective plate (4)
This is screwed on with the washers (5) and screws (6) provided
(fig. 4).
Assembling the wheels of the watering trolley (7)
These are each secured with the enclosed securing cotter pin (8)
(fig. 5).
Tip: Use the enclosed washers (9) for better stability.
Assembling the sprinkler trolley
The wheels (11) are fixed with both nuts (13,fig. 6).Then put on the
hub caps (12).
Assembling the sector sprinkler (15)
This is screwed onto the sprinkler trolley.
Assembling the hoses / connecting the hoses
In order to provide a functional flow of water, the reel irrigator must
be connected to the sprinkler trolley.
The hose clip provided is used for fixing.
