WARNING
Avoid the risk of electric shock or severe injury. When the power cable gets damaged
it should only be replaced by the manufacturer or at a
The build quality of the electric insulation is altered if spills or liquid gets into the tool while in use.
Do not expose to rain, liquids and/or dampness.
WARNING
Before gaining access to the terminals all power sources should be disconnected.
Power Requirements
CAUTION
Using electric extensions for hydro-pneumatic equipment is not recommended. It causes voltage drop, loss
of power in the motor and overheating.
• In the event of connecting the hydro pneumatic equipment into a fuse protected circuit, use delay action fuses Type "D".
CAUTION
Connection to a power source shall be carried out by a
professional electrician following the electric diagram to the right.
CAUTION
Use a separate electric circuit for the pump. This circuit shall
not have conductor with a caliber lower than #12, and shall be protected with a
20 A time delay fuse. Before connecting to motor to the power line, double
check the switch is in the OFF position and that power is equal to what is
indicated in the motor nameplate. If it is operated with lower voltage, the motor
will be damaged..
WARNING
All the cabling, power connections and ground connection to the system shall be in compliance with
OFFICIAL MEXICAN STANDARDS NOM-001-SEDE, ELECTRIC INSTALLATIONS (UTILIZATION) or with the local codes
and ordinances. Call a certified electrician.
• The electricity professional connecting the equipment shall comply with the relevant mandatory rules.
• The fixed installation shall have a device to assure the Omni polar disconnection of the power feed.
• Make sure all the electric requirements described in these instructions and in the hydro pneumatic equipment
nameplate shall match the values of power supply capacity.
• The hydro pneumatic equipment is built with a single-phase motor with overload protection using a thermal device
(overcurrent cut) placed in the wiring.
