Water is leaking from the unit. (Potential issue: inner lid is not properly seated)
• Verify that the inner lid is in place. If the external air temperature is very
low or there is a high level of humidity in the air, the diffuser mist may
condense into water droplets.
When switched on, the light flashes once then shuts off.
(Potential issue: no water in diffuser)
The unit is not registering any water in the diffuser. Check that water is

in the reservoir and is not above the water fill line marker. If there is too
much water, unplug the diffuser and adjust the water to the water fill line
marker and restart.
