Using attachments
Insert the desired attachment into the working bowl. Add the food to be processed into the
working bowl and close the lid.
Kneading hook: For kneading
dough (cake/bread dough,
etc.).

Using interchangeable discs
To grate various food such as vegetables or cheese, first insert the adapter and then attach the
corresponding interchangeable disc. Close the lid on the working bowl.

Fine interchangeable disc:
For fine grating (1A) or cut-
ting processes (1B).

Chopping blade: For chop-
ping meat, onions, etc.
Caution: Hold firm in case of
strong vibrations.

Coarse interchangeable disc:
For coarse grating (2A) or
cutting processes (2B).
Caution:
Cutting
hazard!
Stirrer attachment: e.g. for
whipping cream or egg white
and for making mayonnaise.
Insert the food through the
insertion slot in the lid.
