POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Check that the mains frequency and voltage are suitable
as indicated on the pump ID plate.
Connect the power cable correctly; check that the thermal
protection is set correctly; check that the connection of the
panel upstream of the motor is correct.
Check the power supply and that the shaft rotates freely.
Check that the thermal protection is set correctly.
Remove the cause of the blockage (see "pump blocked")
Repair or replace the motor, contact an authorised centre.
For small pumps, the shaft can be turned with a
screwdriver using the notch in the shaft on the fan side
(open the fan cover if necessary). Please remember
that the pump must be disconnected from the mains
when carrying out this operation. For larger pumps, the
shaft can be turned directly and the fan removed, or an
authorised centre can be consulted.
Sufficiently skilled personnel can dismantle the pump
casing (see section 7.2.1) and remove foreign bodies.
Otherwise contact an authorised centre
Replace the bearings by contacting an authorised centre.
Check where air enters (e.g. soap bubbles) and tighten
correctly. Check cover and drainage plugs.
Clean or replace the bottom valve; use suitable suction
tube.
Clean the prefilter
