WARNINGS:
The system must be installed by qualified staff, with the necessary know-how
to implement:
- the electrical connections among the various devices of the system according
to legislation in force.
- configuration of the command units of the devices to manage using the BeMO-
VE system
- installation and configuration of the applications in the control devices (Smar-
tphone/Tablet)
- configuration of the control devices on the WiFi network.
IMPORTANT! WiFi/LAN system support network:
to operate the system, you need to configure the HOOP gateway on the WiFi/LAN
network (also if the internet connection is not available).
ATTENTION: to guarantee operation, this network must be configured to allow ac-
cess to it and communication with it, in particular which allows devices connected
to open the communication ports outwards.
ATTENTION: the presence of more than one HOOP gateway on the same WiFi/LAN
network can cause malfunctions. If this happens, try to disconnect power to the
gateways and power again one at a time, checking if the problem resolves. If not,
check the assignment settings of your network IP addresses.
The presence of the firewall or other access restrictions can prevent its operation.

to wrong installation, configuration and maintenance of the system.
