OFFLINE MODE
Operating mode suitable for isolated situations in which the gateway does not
have an internet connection.
All users have the same privileges.
Programming functionality limited by the fact it is impossible to have an inter-
net connection, communication between the HOOP gateway and the apps takes
place via local network (see Fig. 9). In the cloud server the association is only
saved* of the serial number of the gateway with the user and/or installation
technician account. No configuration or operating data.
(*) Only when the smartphone manages to connect to internet.
SYSTEM USE:
Having completed configuration, you can use the
system via the BeMOVE app.
After logging in, the user will access the Home page
where the grey lines identify the gateways and the
white ones the associated devices.
Simply press on the name of the device to enter
the command. If the device is a two-directional type
(only 868 MHz or cabled to the gateway) there will
be a dot on the right hand side of the screen, after
the name: a grey dot identifies the status as closed/
off; a yellow dot identifies the open/on status; a grey dot with exclamation
mark identifies the device is not reachable.
The time used by the system to notify the change of status of the device depends
on the manoeuvre time of the automation and the transmission speed of the data
24
via internet or local network.
You can edit the settings both of the gateways and the devices using the specific
button at the start of each line
The app uses pop-up messages to provide precise feedback to the user during
operation. According to the operating mode set for the gateway selected, the
side menu will allow advanced programming operations.
