The request to register the account involves sending
a confirmation email by the Benincà cloud server: you
need to confirm the request by clicking on the speci-
fic link contained in the email to activate the account.
After activating the account, you can use the login
on the app.
ATTENTION: Remember the password chosen for the
account is valid for 3 months, after which the app will
ask you to change it.
ATTENTION: The validity of the email for account acti-
vation confirmation is valid for 1 hour. After this time,
if you have not confirmed the request, you will have to
execute the procedure again for account registration.
CONFIGURATION OF THE SYSTEM VIA APP
During system configuration, the HOOP gateway connection to the apps is a
direct WiFi connection (see Fig. 8)
APP BeUP (installation technician):
BeUP is the application, available for iOS and Android, specifically for professionals.
The installation technician can simply and quickly save the installations execu-
ted in an address book by associating the products in that particular system;
he can directly access the Benincà product documentation, the tutorial video
channels and Benincà news. In the BeMOVE systems, the BeUP app allows you
to associate the devices to command with the HOOP gateway:

1. Start the BeUP APP, then LOGIN
2. SMARTPHONE - HOOP GATEWAY DIRECT CONNECTION
- Click on "Add HOOP gateway"
- Place HOOP in Access Point WiFi mode by pressing the specific button on the
back of the device and keep pressed for 5 seconds (see Fig.6), the flashing
green LAN/WiFi Led indicates the HOOP device is in association mode.
- Activate the smartphone WiFi and connect it to the HOOP Access Point by
connecting it to the network indicated on the SSID on the device label (Fig.3)
- Enter the Serial Number of the HOOP gateway (see label indicated in Fig.3)
- Enter the end client's data
IMPORTANT: The HOOP device has its own WiFi network, which should only be
used during the installation/configuration phase.
A domestic WiFi network should be present for normal system operation.
3. ADDING RADIO OR CABLED DEVICES TO THE HOOP GATEWAY
- Completely cable the devices (see Figure 5)
- Click on "Add device"
- Compile the fields relating to the device channels
- Start coupling mode (only for devices 868 MHz and 433,92 MHz devices) as
per the tutorials on the apps.
- Run the mate verification test (a command will be sent to the device)
- Save
APP BeMOVE (end user):
BeMOVE is the application, available for iOS and Android, specifically for end
users. It is the application specifically for the BeMOVE system, allowing use of
all its functionalities.
