4. Assembling

Tighten all individual parts and pre-assembled parts!
•
Check the firmness again before each training session!
•
Have a second person ready to help you.
•
4.1 RAISING AND FIXING THE CONSOLE STANDS

The console stands (2L and 2R) are pre-assembled to the base frame (1).
• Have a second person assist you with this step.
One person lifts the left console stand (2L) on the base frame (1) as shown in the figure.

CAUTION! Make sure not to pinch fingers!
• Then, fasten the left console stand (2L) to the base frame (1) with one long hex bolts (A) and two
washers (D). Use the provided hex wrench (Allen wrench; HEX).
Additionally, fasten the console stand (2L) with one short hex bolt (B) and a washer (D). Insert it from

above, as shown in the figure, and fasten it with the hex wrench.
Repeat the above steps for the right console stand (2R).

4.2 FIXING THE LOWER COVERS
Put the covers ('H' and 'I') on the lower end of the console stands.
•
Fasten the covers with one cross-head screw each ('C'). Use the HEX key.
