Counter cutting blade
Periodic tightening of screws as well as the
adjustment of the counter cutting blades are
essential. The adjustment is done by loosening
the hexagon nut (1) as in figures 1 and 3,

by displacing the counter cutting blade until
the cutting blades pass at a distance of
approximately 1,5 mm from the counter cutting
blade (figure 2).
The counter cutting blade shall be substituted
when worn out.

Tichtening of screws
Due to the impact and constant vibrations
caused by chopping and grinding of
materials, it is a natural tendency for
screws to loosen.
Check them periodically, and if necessary
tighten the loose screws. Be careful not to
overtighten as they may strip.
