3. MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
1. Please unplug the power cord and let it cool before cleaning.
2. The basket and the surface of the fryer can be cleaned with detergent and a soft
sponge. Do not use a hard wire cleaner to avoid damages to the surface.
3. Use a wet towel to wipe the surface of the fryer, do not use corrosive liquids for clean-
ing.
4. Do not place the power cord or the whole product into water to prevent that water
could get inside the product and be hazardous.
5. If you do not use the air fryer for a long time, please clean it and then store it in a cool
and dry place.
