NOTICE
First check whether your ceiling fan is suitable for operation with a remote control.
Before starting installation, make sure that any pull switch on the ceiling fan is set to the highest
position. Damage to the electronics of the receiver unit of the remote control and the fan will not be
covered by the warranty if this is not observed!
If a possibly existing lamp is to be dimmed (only possible with dimmable lamps), please set the micro
switch A in the battery compartment to „DIM" (down). If the lamp is only to be switched on and off,
please set this switch to ON/OFF (up).
After changing this switch, the batteries must be removed and replaced for the change to take effect.
In order for your handheld transmitter to „recognize" the receiver, a coding process must be carried out:
1. Switch on the voltage of your fan (house fuse).
2. Insert the battery into the handheld transmitter. Do NOT press any button!
Your fan starts up at medium speed and a possibly existing light switches on.
3. Press the „LEARN" button in the battery compartment for at least 10 seconds within 30 seconds after
switching on the voltage. Use a small screwdriver or the tip of a ballpoint pen.
After successful programming, the motor switches off and switches on again shortly afterwards. The
light switches off twice and then on again.
4. The programming of your remote control is now complete.
