To switch on and off the appliance, press the power button.
When appliance is switched off, cooking will immediately stop but the fan will keep working for about 1 minute to
cool the appliance down. Do not interrupt this process.
When appliance is switched on, the LCD display lights up and shows
relevant light switches on and a dashed line in circular movement appears on the display. When this process is
over, the display will alternatively show the temperature and time (HH:MM) related to the pre­selected cooking
function.
When in cooking time setting mode, press the left arrow key to reduce cooking time, or the right arrow key to
increase it.
These arrow key allow to reduce or increase the cooking time in 1 minute intervals over a predetermined period
of time based on the selected cooking function.
To set cooking temperature press the left arrow key to reduce it, or right arrow key to increase it. These arrow
keys allow to reduce or increase the temperature in 5°C intervals; minimum cooking temperature is 50°C, max
temperature is 230°C.
Pre-selected functions
Cooking temperature and time can be set by the user at any time, both before and during operation. It is possible
to lift the lid at any time, even during cooking (this will pause the cooking).
Air crisp function
Perfect to air fry without or with a very small amount of oil fries, snacks, vegetables, calamary, onion rings, or
other frozen foods, by giving them extra crunchiness.
After pressing the power button, press the air crisp button (Air Crisp). When the lid is open, place the nonstick
tray inside the cooking chamber and then close the lid. Pre­set temperature and time are 205°C and 18 minutes
respectively.
The latter can be adjusted by the user at any time, both before and during operation.
Press the Start/Stop button to initiate pre­heating function: a light indicating the starting of this function will switch on.
When pre­heating is over, the light switches off and the appliance beeps. The Add Food light turns on. Open
the lid and place the nonstick basket already filled with food to be cooked over the tray. Once the lid is closed,
cooking will automatically start, and timer will begin count down. When cooking is done, the appliance will beep
again.
Warning: for an even cooking, do not overfill the basket with food, and frequently mix it.
Warning: to add minutes to the cooking time, press the right arrow key next to Time writing. This
operation must be carried out before the cooking function pre-set time runs out. It is not possible
to add minutes when the timer has already gone off, because pre-heating function will start again.
Dehydrate function
Suitable for dehydrating meat, fruits and vegetables.
Open the lid and place the nonstick tray inside the cooking chamber, then place the first layer of food. Place
the nonstick grill on the tray and add another layer of ingredients. Close the lid. After pressing the power button,
press the Dehydrate key and then the Start/Stop key to initiate the dehydrating process. Preset temperature and
time are 50°C and 6 hours respectively.
Warning: This function does not provide for pre-heating (Preheat).
Pizza function
Ideal to cook pizza and focaccia.
Remove the tray from the appliance, close the lid, press the Power button and the Pizza key, and then the Start/
Stop button to initiate preheating. In the meantime, roll out the pizza or focaccia dough well in the pan. When
the pre­heating is over and once the Add Food light is on, open the lid, insert the tray with the dough inside the
cooking chamber, and close. Occasionally, check the cooking level and add minutes to the timer if necessary.
Warning: to add minutes to the cooking time, press the right arrow key next to Time writing. This
operation must be carried out before the cooking function pre-set time runs out. It is not possible
to add minutes when the timer has already gone off, because pre-heating function will start again.
