Multifunction Air Barbecue Use Instructions
Once cooking is done, open the lid again and take the tray out using oven mittens to avoid burning.
Roast function
Ideal to roast and soften meat or vegetables.
When lid is open, place the nonstick tray inside the cooking chamber and close the lid.
Press the Start/Stop key to initiate pre­heating (Preheat). A light will turn on next to this function. Once pre­
heating is over, light turns odd and the appliance beeps. The Add Food light (Add food) will turn on. Open the
lid and evenly spread the food to be roasted on the tray. Once the lid is closed, cooking will start and the timer
will start count down. Once cooking is done, the appliance will beep again.
Occasionally, check the cooking level and add minutes to the timer if necessary.
Warning: to add minutes to the cooking time, press the right arrow key next to Time writing. This
operation must be carried out before the cooking function pre-set time runs out. It is not possible
to add minutes when the timer has already gone off, because pre-heating function will start again.
Bake function
Ideal to bake, cakes and pies.
Remove tray from the appliance, close the lid, press the Power button and Bake button (Bake) and then press
Start/Stop key to initiate pre­heating.
In the meantime, pour the cake dough inside the nonstick tray. Once pre­heating is over, and when the Add
food light (Add food) turns on, open the lid insert the tray with the dough inside the cooking chamber, and
then close.
Once cooking is done, open the lid again and take the tray out using oven mittens to avoid burning.

Broil function

Open the lid and inside the cooking chamber, place the nonstick tray and, if needed, the basket with food.
After pressing the power button, press the Broil function key (Broil) and then the Start/Stop button to initiate
cooking
Warning: This function does not provide for pre-heating (Preheat).

Grill function
Ideal to grill any type of food using one of the four different cooking levels available:
Low: for fatty meat such as bacon, sausages, or foods marinated in thick sauces
Med (Medium): for frozen or marinated meat, hamburgers, etc.
High: for steaks, chicken, hot dogs, vegetables, etc.
Max: for fresh or frozen fish, skewers, etc. Open the lid, place the tray inside the cooking chamber and place
the grill on top. Close the lid. After pressing the Power button, press the Grill function key (Grill). Preset co­
oking level is High. Based on your needs, press the Grill key to select one of the four levels detailed above
following the flashing indication. Press the Start/Stop key to initiate pre-heating (Preheat). A light will turn on
next to this function. Once pre­heating is over, light turns odd and the appliance beeps. The Add Food light
(Add food) will turn on. Open the lid and evenly spread the food to be grilled on the tray. Once the lid is closed,
cooking will start, and the timer will start count down. Once cooking is done, the appliance will beep again.
